Mission on earth:

What is my work on the earth? I prayed over this, while sitting in the celestial room. I felt I was in the presence of God, his house, his room, his love and light. I pondered and a scripture came to mind: Nephi said that we talk of Christ, we teach of Christ, and we write our teachings, that our children may know where they can look for a remission of their sins. I looked this up in 2 Ne. 25, verses 23 and 26. I felt as I read it that this is my mission in life, the next thing for me to devote myself to: Testify of Christ, Write of Christ, tell of Christ, to my children, to everyone.

2 Nephi 25:23: For we labor diligently to write, to persuade our children, and also our brethren, to believe in Christ, and to be reconciled to God; for we know that it is by grace that we are saved, after all we can do.

2 Nephi 25:26: And we talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins.
