Today’s co-op classes went well. I am grateful; I am certain of God’s help in choosing music and deciding what to focus on. The students who were nervous and dismissive last week were enthusiastic and cheerful today; my one English literature student had taken detailed notes on the reading and was willing to discuss. It felt good.

I love teaching; I love learning. There’s so much joy in helping people understand and experience new things. It’s exciting. They come up with insights and comments that encourage me and make me laugh. We have fun together.
