Best relationships

It's my experience that a man leading can lead in a lot of different ways. In the best relationships, he's working with his spouse; they're both aiming for the same results. He's done research, asked for her input, she's done research, she's given input and nudged him to think of more possibilities, he's listened, she's listened, they both have expressed opinions on what they should do and why and how, and then the decision and action taken is up to both of them. It's just that, somebody has to stand in front 'and get shot at' so to speak, be the figurehead and the final word, and somebody has to be able to function in the background, behind the scenes; they're both accomplishing results towards the same end. They back up each other's decisions and they work together.

I miss my husband, who was an awesome example of this with me.
